2 ½ cups water ½ cup (rounded) Italian Wedding Soup Starter ¼ lb. cooked tiny meatballs or cubed, cooked meat
Using a heavy kettle, combine water and soup starter and bring to a boil. Stir regularly to avoid sticking. Reduce heat to achieve a low boil. Simmer for 8 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the cooked meat and return to boil. Remove from the burner and cover for 5 minutes. Serve.
Make 2 1/2 cups. The entire package makes approximately 5 servings of soup
