How to make:
3 cups mix 1/2 cup HOT water - approximately
Mix in water slowly and thoroughly until coconut is moistened. Cover bowl and let set for 15-20 min. Scoop or form cookies onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 min. or until starting to turn golden on the edges. Carefully remove with a spatula and let cool.
