1/2 cup Beef Barley Soup Starter mix 2 1/2 cups water
Mix water and soup mix together in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Cover, remove from heat and let steam for 5-10 minutes, serve.
Makes 2 1/2 cups. Entire package makes 5 servings.
