Beef Barley Soup Starter mix 2 1/2 quarts water
Mix water and soup mix together in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover, remove from heat and let steam for 5-10 minutes, serve.
Makes 2 1/2 quarts.
