I just wanted to let you know that we received the new batch of your delicious gluten free bread mix (the regular kind) and it was in perfect condition.
Thank you so much for the extra care you took in packaging it for us!
I also wanted to tell you that we experimented with a slight modification of your preparation instructions and we find great results: we use 1/2 instead of 1/4 cup of butter and make sure we bake it for no longer than 60 minutes at 400 degrees. The bread comes out soft, delicious, and the best part is- it reminds me of my grandma's homemade bread when I was a child.
