Premium Flour is white flour perfect for baking. We add a small amount of malted barley flour to the mixture to improve the consistency of the final product.  Excellent flour milled from cleaned, sound, hard red winter and/or hard red spring wheat. Use this flour to create all varieties of white pan breads, dinner rolls, pancakes, waffles, biscuits, scones, cookies, quick breads, pizza dough, breadsticks, tortillas, sauces, gravies, batters and breading.
